OWR’s ProBio 12+ is the first tool that combines these features for military, homeland security and biosafety applications.
OWR’s ProBio 12+ integrates nucleic acid tests (PCR) and immunoassays (ELISA) on one single platform. The user-friendly system enables quick point detection of the most relevant bacteria and toxins. Detection results provide the utmost level of reliability.
Currently the ProBio 12+ detects the following BWAs:
Bacillus anthracis, Francisella tularensis, Yersinia pestis, Botulinum Toxin, Rizin, Staphylococcus Enterotoxin B
Further applications, particularly for the detection of other organic hazards known as the “dirty dozen” are currently developed.
