TURBOFOG is a portable decontamination system which is light, requires minimum training, and needs only seconds to set up. It is simple to operate and has been designed to be explosion proof.

The TURBOFOG is an electrically operated pneumatic cold fogger.Its high performance turbine (18,000 rpm.) creates a strong warm air current with a flow rate of up to 50 ltr./sec. (freeblowing).

With the help of a venturi eddy-current nozzle which was developed especially for the fogging technique, the solution is atomized into a fine aerosol, adjustable between 0 to 100 µm.

A precise flow control (fog tap) permits an infinitely variable adjustment of droplet sizes between a real gasification and wet mist.

TURBOFOG is the only unit of this type that has an ATEX-mark.

TURBOFOG can be used with GD-5 which is the best decontamination solution to combat B and C agents, or with other decontamination solutions and disinfectants.

GD-5 decontaminates all known chemical and biological warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals.

Technical Features:

The strong electric motor is directly connected to a powerful two-stage fan which produces a strong flow of air.

The GD-5 Solution is sucked out of the chemical tank by the air-flow and is then atomized into extremely fine fog droplets via the Venturi eddy-current nozzle. The pressure within the fan is strong enough to throw the produced aerosol up to 15 meters. At the same time this pressure has a stabilizing effect on the fluid level in the chemical tank which controls the intake flow rate of the GD-5 Solution.
